If a number looks wrong, check which figure the calculator is asking for — margin and markup in particular are easy to swap. The guides cover the questions that come up most often.
Reporting something broken
The useful details are: which page, which browser, what you typed and what you expected instead. If a PDF came out wrong, the template name and the number of line items usually pin it down.
Asking for a country or a template
Adding a country means adding its tax name, standard rate, currency and number format, so tell us all four if you know them. Template requests are easiest to act on with an example of the layout you have been sending.
